Weigh in Often
Often times we’re told that getting on the scale too often is more disappointing than rewarding. New studies show that weighing in everyday (morning and night) will help you to see what actually worked for the day, and what did not. It also helps you to adjust your eating habits, day by day, based on what the scale shows. Seeing the daily decease will motivate you to keep up the good work, while seeing a daily increase will encourage you to make a change and lessen impulsive eating.
